The holiday season is hands down my favorite time of year. I love the music, decorations and wide-eyed excitement of our daughter on Christmas morning. Of course, the stressful part is the added work of getting ready on top of our already insane schedule, and running around like a crazy person to events, shopping and shipping gifts, sending holiday cards, etc. My goal at the end of this week is to try to just be DONE with it all, then lean back, enjoy the season and make memories with my family. Angela’s Lab | Anniversary Sale Picks!
If you've been a faithful MSL follower since our inception, you'll know that the annual Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is an exciting event in our house. Being originally from Seattle, it's a tradition for me to go stock up on new fall fashion and, now, to take my daughter back-to-school shopping. Last year was the first year that she was really interested (and opinionated!) about what we were buying, and loved the whole shopping and trying on of her selections process, followed by lunch at the Nordstrom cafe, natch. ...Read more.
