We read a quote recently by Anne Lamott, author of Operating Instructions: A Journal of My Son's First Year, that really resonated with us and we want to share it with you -- "...there really are places in the heart, you don't even know exist until you love a child." This is so true. We would do anything for our kids and we never understood how much our moms did for us (and put up with!) until we had our own children.
