Angela’s Lab | The Allure of Black

I think just about every woman and mom would agree with me — we cannot live without black. Black is flattering for all body types and appropriate for just about any occasion. It’s slimming, it hides stains when your kid spills on you, it makes the less expensive look more expensive, and it pairs with virtually every other color of the rainbow. A wardrobe staple, this miracle color always looks chic and sophisticated. Not to mention, black is a can’t-miss choice for the whirlwind party circuit that is December.

Here’s how I’m putting “black” to work this holiday season and styling it so it’s anything but basic.
