Black & white is one of those classic color pairings that always looks fresh and sophisticated. Most of us have a ton of black in our closet (guilty!) and white lightens up our favorite staple for summer. Just make sure your whites are white, as they tend to yellow and dull over time... investing in a new white top and pants or a skirt is generally a must-do on an annual basis. The Cannes Film Festival is one of those red carpet moments worth following. And, after a rather disappointing array of looks at the normally oh-so-fashionable Met Gala, I am in my happy place seeing the celebrity-worthy styles on display in the south of France this week.
