It's an annual tradition! I've been shopping the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale since childhood, being a Seattle native and all. As a teen, I'd scour the look books and make out my back-to-school wish list, then hit the store on opening day. Now, my daughter and I make a day of it every year and go on the first early access day (for Nordstrom cardholders only!) -- shop, have lunch, shop, have a snack and repeat. At almost nine years old (when did that happen?!), she loves fashion as much as I do and has a definite opinion about what she likes and will or won't wear.
