Elevate Your Holiday Hair Game

This week on Arizona Midday, Angela featured the latest glam fashion trends for the holidays, and naturally we needed gorgeous holiday hair and makeup to complete the looks. The Waverly Salon in Old Town Scottsdale to the rescue. Vanessa Evans and Ryan Gillis joined us behind the scenes to make our models extra glamorous and here are the results! Plus, we are sharing Vanessa’s secret on how she creates this glittery, festive ponytail!

Andra’s Festive Updo

This soft chignon adorned with holiday flair is elegant and festive at the same time. A bold red lip gives the perfect pop of color paired with her sophisticated black dress.

Elisha’s Half Up-Half Down Style

Pulling the top of her curly hair back into a ponytail, then finishing with greenery and staggered tiny elastics, gives her a youthful, polished look. Statement lashes and neutral makeup keep it fresh and natural.

Yomaira’s Fancy Chignon

Knotted and twisted at the nape of her neck, then secured with a sparkly snowflake clip, this style is so wearable and elevates her look. Her shimmering eyes and soft neutral lip compliments her metallic, body-con dress.

Valerie’s Glitter-Glam Ponytail

We are obsessed. We asked and Vanessa spilled her secret for creating this party on our model’s simple pony. Mix gel with gold glitter (or whatever color you want!) and paint on with a brush. That’s it and you’ve taken your favorite hairstyle to the next level. Warm tones for her eyes and soft pink on the lips accent the feminine style of the dress.
