Show Your Spirit! Dressing USA Chic
The 2014 Winter Olympics are underway! This epic event always captures our hearts with its inspiring stories of sacrifice and triumph. And then there’s the fashion. The team color block jackets from Lillehammer, black berets from Toronto, star-covered ski pants in Vancouver, and this year’s patchwork Ralph Lauren creation (which quickly sold out online after its unveiling?!) — all pieces that have been essential to creating the look of a team and the makings of past and present champions. Even though you may not be endorsed by Kellogg’s or interviewed by Brian Boitano, you can still dress like your own version of an Olympic gold medalist.
At MSL, we are excited to demonstrate our patriotism through fashion, in a chic and stylish manner of course. Here are some ways to show your pride and sport supportive colors without wearing head-to-toe goose down or over-embellished track jackets. Remember, if you are going to dress in “red, white & blue,” keep one color in a supporting role so your look isn’t over the top. Go Team USA!!
