The New Must-Have… a FENDI Home?!

For those of us who appreciate the finer things in life — especially when they’re created by one of our favorite brands — the latest luxury trend on the horizon is the “designer home.” Scottsdale will be the first locale in North America to welcome a collection of FENDI private homes, all designed and branded in the FENDI aesthetic. Architect Marco Costanzi, who was responsible for the FENDI private suites and headquarters in Italy, will lead the effort. The 41 luxurious residences will average 3,500 square feet in size with the starting price yet to be announced. They are scheduled for completion in 2020, but you’ll be able to purchase your own piece of FENDI fabulousness later this year. The homes are part of The Palmeraie, a collection of luxury shops and residences being built at Scottsdale Road and Indian Bend, and the development’s first official tenant. A 122-acre, $2 billion luxury development, The Palmeraie will be a neighbor to the highly-anticipated Ritz-Carlton community that is underway at the intersection of Scottsdale Road and Lincoln.

Gloved hands holding Veuve Clicquot welcomed guests as they walked the gold carpet into the soirée.

If the launch party is any indication, The Palmeraie is taking luxury to the next level, even for Scottsdale. We were blown away the fabulous celebration, from the Veuve Clicquot wall serving bubbly via gloved hands to the absolutely stunning floral couture and designs.

Floral couture by Fleurs de Villes adorned the party entrance.
Another gorgeous “model” awaited guests inside.
Scottsdale’s Hangar One provided the ideal luxury setting for the party with a backdrop of private jets and exotic cars.

Here are a few more official renderings of The Palmeraie, which is giving us serious SoCal vibes. We can’t wait for the grand opening!

We’ll keep you updated as we learn more!
