Video | Designer Shoe Looks for Less
There’s nothing like a beautiful pair of shoes to give us confidence and put a runway-model-jaunt in our step. Of course, every season our favorite designers launch an array of hard-to-resist “it” shoes — we want them all. At least most of them. Of course, our practical side and budget force us to hone in on our favorites because we still have to buy things like groceries and pay for our kid’s piano lessons. Good news! We found a number of designer shoe look-a-likes or “inspired by” styles and some are really hard to tell apart from the expensive designer versions! Angela shows us how to get the designer looks for less on NBC Channel 12’s Arizona Midday.
Lace-up Flats | Lace-up, ballet-inspired flats are having a moment. Wear them with a flirty skirt, boho dress, or up-level your boyfriend jeans and tee uniform.
Moto Boots | A classic must-have that is always on point. We love them with denim or leggings for running errands or weekend play, plus they add street-style flair to an A-line skirt or shorts.
Mary Janes | The perfect choice for work, these pretties play well with dresses, skirts or trousers. Or add feminine flair to your favorite boyfriend jeans.
Glitter Pumps | Talk about making a statement, these sparklers are the ultimate entrance maker for your next cocktail party or event. And they may even get you home if you click your heels together…
Menswear Flat | Our obsession with menswear oxfords and loafers paired with ladylike tops and accessories continues… Complete the look with cropped trousers or a pencil skirt.
Fringe Ankle Boots | Fringe updates boots with a ’70s vibe and the high heel adds sophistication. Perfect with skinny jeans or a flowy dress. Remember to keep the fringe to just one piece, however, to avoid boho overload.
