Spring Trends I Love from NY Fashion Week
Even though I just started ordering Pumpkin Spice Lattes and my boots came out from hiding this week, my mind was focused on Spring 2016 as designers debuted their collections during the biannual, fashionable frenzy that is New York Fashion Week. I particularly loved seeing the ultra feminine look, including ruffles, off-the-shoulder tops and pink, as well as the relaxed menswear, meaning slouchy trousers and deconstructed pinstripes. The ’70s influence is still going strong in the form of all things artsy, from fringe and tie-dye to crochet and embroidery. Although the boho look is overall more chic than folksy this time around, which I am happy to see! Here are the trends I’m loving for next spring.

The trend I’m not excited about… “Bedtime for Daytime.” At least not in public. Save your robe for downtime at home. Same goes for the slip dress that looks like… well, a slip!
