Angela’s Lab | My Mother’s Day Wish List

Mother’s Day may be a holiday dreamed up by retailers and Hallmark, but it is a good reminder of the important role our mothers play in our lives. Plus, it’s an opportunity for our families to spoil us for the day. Truly her mother’s daughter, my daughter has been planning ahead and informed me that she already decided what she’s giving me as a gift, but I’ll have to “wait for the surprise” I’ve been told. To my dearest husband, here are a few items I have on my wish list.

Tory Burch Smartphone Wristlet.
I like that this cute case will protect my iPhone (because I never leave home without it!) and keep things easy on playdates and errands. There’s not only room for my phone, but also money and cards.

Chanel Butterfly Sunglasses.
Cat-eye sunnies are so haute this season (more ’80s influence!). One of the quickest ways to update and up-level your look is to invest in a new pair of shades. I’ve been eyeing these Chanels for a few weeks now. They come in several different colors, and while not available online, can be found at Neiman Marcus and Nordstrom.

Correspondence Cards.
I can always use some elegant notecards at the ready for thank you notes. I love these cards with the chic handbags or monogrammed cards are always a nice personal touch.
