Play Date Outfit Inspiration
Choosing the perfect outfit to accompany your little one on a play date can sometimes be just as important as choosing who the play date is with. Will they share the tea set? Will they take turns scoring soccer goals on each other? Do these jeans have enough stretch so I can get down on the ground? Are these pieces washable? These are all things that run through a mother’s mind when she gears up for certain play date venues. The destination helps dictate the look, whether you’re meeting up at the park, a museum, or even just welcoming your child’s bestie and their mom (or dad) over for an afternoon at your home. It can be a challenge to find outfits that still work for being out-and-about, are appropriate for a day with kids, and are cute at the same time. MSL has some ideas to help you save the Lululemon for yoga and still be comfortable. Here are a few options paired with our favorite denim that fit with the venue and will leave other moms wondering how you looked so put together and effortless.
