As I write this, it is 115 degrees outside in Phoenix -- we're having an excessive heat warning! -- but I am dreaming of fall... This past Saturday I had the pleasure of being the guest judge for the annual Beauty Face-Off competition at Neiman Marcus Scottsdale! There were so many amazingly-talented makeup artists showing off their skills and new fall collections on the lucky ladies being made over that I had a very difficult time choosing a winner. The primary theme for the looks being created (and a major trend this season according to style guru Ken Downing) was SPARKLE!
