Fall-Forward in Knits, Prints & Fringe!
Summer vacation is quickly coming to a close… Christina heads back to school in a few weeks and I need to re-focus on work. I’m also ready to start easing back into my cozy knits, tall boots and woven jackets — once the weather cooperates and cools down that is. We found both of our outfits at the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale (prices go up on August 8th!) and they are ideal for taking on fall. Christina’s mixed media sweater is perfect for our warm fall weather in Arizona with its lightweight knit front and breezy ethnic print back. The top pairs well with her denim shorts and slip-on sneaks for casual, school-ready style. My classic dress with a twist (love the fringe detail!) is going to see me through work meetings, daytime events and luncheons. With its easy, flattering fit, I know it will be a go-to piece when I have “nothing to wear.” Plus, the diagonal line of the fringe across the front of the skirt is slimming — always a good thing!
